Parking Enforcement Officer

The Parking Enforcement Officer ensures that all parking rules and regulations are upheld without exception. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to represent the company and the venue as an ambassador. We are currently hiring part-time, flexible positions and require individuals who have their own vehicle and hold a valid Class G driver’s license. These roles are needed as soon as possible.

  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Rate: $19/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas by vehicle
• Issue warnings and citations for parking violations (using LPR vehicle system)
• Identify and take action on vehicles in violation of parking codes
• Arrange towing for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles and direct tow operators as required
• Report hazardous conditions and recommend signage or safety corrections
• Prepare and maintain enforcement logs, operational reports, and citation documentation
• Maintain equipment such as handheld devices, citation books, and supplies
• Provide the public with information regarding parking policies and locations
• Communicate policies, procedures, and service information to the public
• Identify stolen or counterfeit permits
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid full G driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Safe, cautious, and responsible driver with access to own vehicle
• Ability to effectively resolve problems and handle stressful situations
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Basic knowledge of handheld devices, computers (Windows), and mobile technology

• Results-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability — evening and weekend shifts may be required

Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must provide a Criminal Background Check and a clean Driver’s Abstract. A valid G-class driver’s license is required.
