The Exterminators Inc. is looking for a full-time pest control technician to join our team in Hamilton. As a full-time exterminator, you would responsible for solving pest problems – rodent and insect – in a variety of residential and commercial settings. If you are a licensed exterminator, have pest control experience and looking to work in an environment that provides stability and growth opportunities we want to hear from you
General Duties
Pest Control Jobs include interior and exterior building inspections
Identify pests, infested areas and entry points
Prepare and apply treatments according to MOE and IPM standards
Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
Produce reports for work performed
Requirements
Structural exterminator license
G license with a clean driving record
Experience in Pest Control
Proven customer relations skills
Be a Team player
This position requires some physical labour, climbing on ladders, small repairs, etc.
Salary and Benefits
As a full-time Pest Control Technician in Hamilton, you will receive a biweekly salary as well as regular additional monthly bonuses for work completed. You will be equipped with a company vehicle, pest control equipment and supplies, power tools, company-paid phone, gas card, and receive full health and dental benefits. Salary range $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 plus bonuses. You can grow your income with every successfully completed job.
Aside from providing continuous on the job training and development, we encourage every member of our team to pursue additional company-sponsored certifications and licenses. These can include but not limited to: Working at Heights Training, Safety Training, Termite, Landscape, or other Ontario Pesticide Training and Certifications. Such certifications will enable you to advance in higher-paying positions and take on new challenges.

Takes pride in their work and work product
Wildlife removal and exclusion experience is an asset
