We design and manufacture a variety of engineered products including propane motor fuel tanks, commercial and industrial pressure vessels, and automated propane cylinder vending kiosks.

Our 147,000 square foot production facility boasts a state-of-the-art air quality and ventilation system, ten skylights, and high efficiency LED lighting throughout the production floor.
The Opportunity
We are actively recruiting for an existing vacancy on our powder coating team and are looking for a detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will join us in a production-oriented setting and be responsible for final outbound product appearance and quality on both OEM and after-market ASME fuel tank products, custom SLEEGERS automated propane cylinder exchange kiosk and custom fabrications. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading the SLEEGERS suspended coating line
- Cleaning and prepping products for powder coat application
- Powder coating unique and highly variable fabricated steel products whilst ensuring specified mil thickness requirements are met
- Providing support to our Quality Team by inspecting products after powder coat application and reporting any defects or quality related issues
The Ideal Candidate
- Is knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of automatic and manual coating equipment
- Has experience working with both batch and continuous-operation powder coat modes
- Embraces our high productivity work environment by positively contributing to the team effort and meeting or exceeding production targets
- Has a mechanical aptitude and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Understands the importance of our high degree of product quality and compliance to health and safety standards
- Previous powder coating experience in a production environment, is considered an asset

- The expected compensation range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
