Overview
Our company is looking for an Auto Body Prepper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Refinish Technician in other areas as necessary;
- Prep vehicles properly for paint (tape, mask, etc);
- Rub and polish completed vehicles.
Requirements:
- Automotive interest and desire to develop a career in the industry;
- 1-3+ years of related employment experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during the prep process.
- Collaborate with other coworkers.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Complete projects within established timelines while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with hand tools used in the prepping process.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
