Job Summary:
- Process & receive Hyundai and Kia dealer orders.
- Package repaired radio/navigation systems.
- Monitor finished goods and packaging material inventory levels.
- Ensure inventory levels are sufficient to fill dealer orders.
- Overlook system requirements and gather inventory data as needed.
- Ensure that all dealer orders are filled daily to avoid backorders and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to dealers who need assistance with system-related issues.
- Monitor daily backorder status.
- Inspect freight for accuracy and/or damage.
- Report any damage and quantity discrepancies to the Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Competencies:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in receipt, storage and distribution of merchandise.
- Forklift truck, stock chaser, pallet jack experience is a plus.
- High school education required.
- Ability to operate forklift truck, stock chaser and pallet jack.
- Proficient MS Office skills. (Intermediate, Intermediate-Advanced)
- Ability to learn quickly with minimal training.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrate transparency, consistency and efficiency.
