Compensation: $20,000–$30,000 total summer earnings (hourly + performance bonuses)

About the Role

We are hiring a motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations & Production Intern for the Summer 2026 season. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real management experience, learn how to run job sites, lead crews, and deliver high-quality results for clients in the Forest Hill / Cedarvale / Eglinton community.

You will work directly with the Branch Manager to coordinate residential painting projects, manage a small team, ensure job quality, and create an excellent client experience.

No previous painting experience required — we provide full training.


What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on residential painting job sites

  • Lead and motivate a team of 8–12 painters

  • Maintain productivity, jobsite organization, and project timelines

  • Ensure quality workmanship and a clean, professional jobsite

  • Communicate with clients and uphold a high standard of customer care

  • Track hours, materials, and job progress in real time

  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and equipment management

  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to reach weekly production targets
