Job Summary


The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day production operations of ODRA Road Sweepers, ensuring manufacturing, logistics, service, and supply chain functions run efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong leader who can streamline processes, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the high standards of quality and performance the ODRA brand is known for.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage all production aspects of the business including scheduling, inventory, logistics, and quality control.

  • Lead and mentor production, warehouse, and service teams to meet performance, quality, and safety targets.

  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to align production with customer expectations and delivery timelines.

  • Develop and implement efficient production systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Monitor supply chain and procurement functions to ensure materials and parts availability.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular production reports for senior management.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

  • Support new product introductions and modifications from a production perspective.

  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.


Qualifications & Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years of production or manufacturing management experience, preferably in heavy equipment or vehicle manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and quality systems (e.g., ISO).

  • Knowledge of inventory systems for warehouse operations.

  • Experience with Engineering Changes.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
