<b>Responsibilities:</b><br><li>Analyze sales opportunities and participate in the development of the production plan;<br></li><li>Maintain and adjust the production plan based on sales forecasts, factory capacity, and raw material lead times;<br></li><li>Determine manufacturing priorities and determine work order requirements;<br></li><li>Ensure that the necessary materials are available for production (Clear to build);<br></li><li>Communicate daily with other departments and management to report delays and schedule adjustments;<br></li><li>Provide accurate commitment dates to internal requesters;<br></li><li>Maintain and optimize planning parameters in the ERP system;<br></li><li>Be able to develop planning tools.<br></li><p><b>Qualifications:</b><br></p><li>5-10 years of experience in a similar position;<br></li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders;<br></li><li>Proficiency in integrated ERP and Excel systems (advanced);<br></li><li>Ability to work rigorously while maintaining a flexible and proactive approach;<br></li><li>Leadership and strong priority management skills;<br></li><li>Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;<br></li><li>Experience in a high-tech or telecommunications company (an asset).<br></li><li>College diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in operations management (an asset).<br></li>
