We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager with a strong background in financial services to lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and can drive projects from concept to completion while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across financial services domains including banking, insurance, or investment management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
- Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies or manage Waterfall milestones depending on project methodology.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and post-project reviews to optimize future delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience within financial services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
