<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>On behalf of our downtown client, we are seeking a Program Manager to support a key initiative focused on maintaining exceptional standards within healthcare services.</p><p>This role is responsible for overseeing quality and compliance activities specifically within non-hospital surgical facilities. The Program Manager will provide leadership to a team that conducts assessments, manages the full accreditation cycle, and supports ongoing quality improvement within the program area.</p><br><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day program operations, including business planning, budgeting, and administration of programs.</li><li>Provide support to the advisory committee and collaborate with provincial and national partners to ensure accreditation tools and standards meet sector needs.</li><li>Coordinate and maintain the full processes, including information gathering, assessment scheduling, communication with facilities and medical leadership, and preparation of assessment documentation.</li><li>Ensure accurate record-keeping, database maintenance, and alignment of processes with best practices and regulatory standards.</li><li>Support quality improvement initiatives, educational activities, and reportable incident reviews.</li><li>Recruit, train, and oversee staff; provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for program team members.</li><li>Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders to support program outreach and educational initiatives.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required.</li></ul><br><br><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor's degree in nursing, </strong>registration as a Registered Nurse</li><li>Minimum <strong>8 years of experience, </strong>including project management and leadership experience.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business-writing skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT applications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality management, accreditation processes, healthcare operations.</li></ul><p><br /></p><strong>Additional Details</strong><ul><li>Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.</li><li>This position offers the potential for a hybrid work arrangement</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>#KPM2</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
