Project Coordinator – ICI Construction
Our client, a reputable ICI General Contractor with a proven track record delivering institutional, commercial, and industrial projects, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.

• Assist in project scheduling, tracking budgets, and monitoring progress against timelines.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and contract specifications.

• Provide ongoing support to project teams, facilitating communication between office and field staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator within the ICI construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project documentation.

• Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to project management software (MS Project, Procore, etc.) an asset.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience.
