Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong CRM delivery experience to lead and manage enterprise CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end CRM projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage CRM implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and escalation effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful go-live support.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and handover to support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong risk management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Good to Have / Preferred Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, Power BI, Azure).
• Prior experience managing ERP + CRM integrated programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working with global clients and multi-geo delivery teams.
