  • Manage the execution of 4–6 storey wood frame builds with underground or above-ground parkades.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.

  • Lead site teams, trade partners, and consultants to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery.

  • Identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Collaborate closely with Development, Estimating, and Construction leadership during planning and design phases.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.

  • Proven track record delivering 4–6 storey wood-frame multi-family projects, ideally with a structured parkade component.

  • Strong understanding of multi-family building systems, wood framing methods, and residential construction sequencing.

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.

  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a collaborative site culture.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • PMP, CET, or engineering/technical schooling is an asset but not required.

What's In It for You

  • Join a financially stable developer with a secure, long-term project pipeline (7+ years).
