With a focus on smarter growth and innovative design, we aim to make Calgary one of the most desirable cities to live in. </p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>Sarina Homes is seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to oversee and manage residential development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and on-site supervision while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Project Planning & Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate all phases of construction, from pre-construction to final handover.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.</li></ul><p><strong>Coordination & Site Supervision</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.</li><li>Communicate and work closely with On-site management team to ensure adherence to plans, specifications and schedule.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.</li><li>Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and cost control.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder & Team Management</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers.</li><li>Lead project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and align team goals, including coordination meetings, startup meetings, etc. </li><li>Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to keep projects on track.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Monitoring & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Track project milestones, performance metrics, and budget adherence.</li><li>Ensure all safety regulations, permits, and building codes are met.</li><li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum <strong>2</strong> years of experience in project management within the residential or commercial construction industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-quality, innovative projects.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul><p>If you are a results-driven professional passionate about construction and project management, we encourage you to apply and join the <strong>Sarina Homes</strong> team!</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
