Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Full-Time)

About Us
Noble Exteriors is expanding We are proud to announce the opening of our Atlantic Office in Halifax/Bedford, NS — which will oversee our operations across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
We specialize in commercial exterior solutions, including masonry, ACM panels, EIFS, siding, painting, and caulking. With a strong reputation in the construction market, we are now looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team and lead our Atlantic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new commercial project opportunities across Atlantic Canada.
- Prepare accurate takeoffs and assist in project estimating and pricing.
- Coordinate with local suppliers for material procurement and scheduling.
- Oversee project execution and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of Noble Exteriors in the Atlantic region.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong understanding of building envelopes, exterior systems, and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software (e.g., Planswift Autocad or Insight).
- Valid Canadian citizenship or permanent residency (required).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Atlantic provinces when required.
