Title: Project Manager
Base Salary: $147,500-$150,000+
Variable/Bonus: $12,500-$15,000+
On Target Earnings: $160,000-$165,000+
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager
Hired by: SVP Operations

- Budget: P&L, Margin, Cost Structure, Forecast, Cash Flow, AR, AP
- Contract Management: Analysis, Risk, Ambiguity
- Customer Delight: Measured on References once project complete
- Audience: Brokers/Developers/Owners/Architects/Consultants/Vendors/Subtrades
- Communications: Clear & Concise

- 50% Budget Control – Cash Flow Management – Forecasting
- 25% Contract Management & Owner/Consultant Communications
- 25% Planning/Scheduling
