This is an excellent opportunity to lead diverse civil construction projects, including underground utilities, roadworks, and infrastructure developments. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate with a skilled team dedicated to delivering top-tier civil contracting services.<br>
<br><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects.<br></li><li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.<br></li><li>Oversee project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.<br></li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.<br></li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.<br></li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.<br></li><li>Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.<br></li></ul>
