QA Analyst/SPC Coordinator

<p>Job Accountabilities</p><ul><li>Technical Support to Management Team</li><li>Provide statistical analysis of plant manufacturing performance.</li><li>Conduct statistical evaluations of new and existing equipment to determine process / equipment capability.</li><li>Provide data analysis to facilitate the allocation of resources in the scheduling of plant equipment maintenance and repair.</li><li>Participate in customer/supplier audits and provide supporting process performance analysis.</li><li>Manage plant SPC training program for salary and hourly personnel.</li><li>Technical Support to Plant Personnel</li><li>Conduct training in basic SPC principles and applications</li><li>Conduct training in the application of statistical problem solving techniques</li><li>Coach hourly personnel in the use of SPC on the plant floor</li><li>Provide process analysis to QA manager and quality team on plant performance, including monthly PPR requirements</li><li>Conduct gauge R&R, stability, and accuracy studies</li><li>Conduct training on how to use the gauges</li><li>Support establishment and monitoring of gauge maintenance and housekeeping programs</li><li>Provide training in the use of statistical software packages</li><li>Assist with plant SOP training and development</li><li>Support corporate quality with the maintenance of quality network systems.</li><li>Facilitate team meetings and support development of team dynamics</li><li>Assist with process certification efforts within the plant, which may include SQF and other audits</li><li>Project Management / Team Work Groups</li><li>Plant Quality Team / Management Team</li><li>SPC Implementation Team</li><li>SPC Certification Teams</li><li>Gauge Maintenance Committee</li><li>SOP Team</li><li>Lead Six Sigma and Lean Process Improvement Teams</li><li>Fill in as Shift Supervisor, as needed</li><li>Provide Quality Support</li><li>Gauge R&R, stability, accuracy Studies, maintenance, housekeeping</li><li>NWA Software and QAS</li><li>Document Control</li><li>Plant / Process Performance Audits</li><li>Procedures / Policies</li><li>Generate monthly customer COAs</li></ul><p>Job Requirements</p><ul><li>Required</li><li>High School level math and science</li><li>Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint</li><li>Knowledge of WCP/Lean/Six Sigma philosophy</li><li>Basic 10 Hour SPC Courses</li><li>Statistical Software (JMP, NWA Software Suite)</li><li>Gauge Capability Software (JMP)</li><li>Nice to have</li><li>Bachelor Degree (Bsc.)</li><li>Advanced Statistical Process Control and Capability (Six Sigma)</li><li>Gauge Capability Analysis</li><li>Six-Sigma Green-Belt Certification</li><li>SQL Network Systems Administrator</li><li>Project Process Improvement Management</li><li>Six Sigma and Lean Black Belt</li><li>Lead Six Sigma and Lean Team Activities in the plant</li></ul>
