We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Technician to help ensure products and processes meet the highest standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, supporting compliance, and driving improvements across operations.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong><br /></p><ul><li>Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and final products to verify quality</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment within the plant</li><li>Help implement corrective actions by working closely with department leads</li><li>Monitor quality metrics and flag performance trends or issues</li><li>Support the introduction and application of updated quality control procedures</li><li>Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize processes</li><li>Troubleshoot product or production problems and assist with root cause analysis</li><li>Apply quality standards across daily tasks and ongoing projects</li><li>Review technical documentation and ensure product compliance with codes and specifications</li><li>Handle additional tasks as assigned to support quality and operations</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred</li><li>ASQ certification is an asset</li><li>Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus</li><li>Project Management certification (completed or in progress) would be beneficial</li><li>Strong understanding of technical specs and documentation in industrial settings</li><li>Skilled in root cause analysis methods like FMEA, DFMEA, and PFMEA</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation</li><li>Working knowledge of machinery, production processes, and quality standards</li><li>At least 2 years in a manufacturing-based quality assurance or quality control role</li><li>Background in automotive, EV charging, or electrical industries is a strong advantage</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics</li><li>Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools</li><li>Comfortable applying inspection criteria and summarizing results in clear reports</li><li>Some knowledge of electrical test tools such as multimeters is helpful</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to take the next step?</strong><br />If you're detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
