Lube techs being hired at a competitive wage scale with $19.00+ available</p><p>The quick lube attendent works in conjunction with the Automotive Service Advisor, Automotive Service Manager, Tower Operator and fellow associates to promote a customer first environment. A Service Installer performs light maintenance on cars and trucks in the Automotive Service Centre. In this position, you will often interact directly with licensed technicians and customers.</p><p>Policy, Procedures and Standards</p><ul><li>Works in accordance with Canadian Tire best practices in service delivery, customer values, and store operations</li><li>Engage in staff development initiatives to ensure standards are understood and met</li><li>Keep current on the material contained within the Policy and Procedures Employee Manual</li><li>Follow store Health and Safety program and observe provincial occupational health and safety regulations; report any observed or potential hazards immediately</li><li>Participate in All Store Meetings</li></ul><p>Major Tasks and Responsibilites</p><ul><li>Maintain professional appearance (uniform, hygiene and grooming)</li><li>Perform lube, oil and filters</li><li>Perform minor repairs and inspections that do not require the presence of a licensed technician</li><li>Service transmissions</li><li>Maintain <span >neatness/cleanliness</span> of bays through regular inspections</li><li>Complete other tasks, as required</li></ul><p>Major Requirements and Competencies</p><ul><li>Valid driver's license for province of employment</li><li>Ability to effectively converse with customers regarding maintenance</li><li>Ability to provide professional customer service and employee support</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals</li><li>Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to complete tasks according to instructions and demonstrate responsibility for outcomes</li><li>Organicational ability and attention to detail</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills</li><li>Basic math</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
