Our client, a rapidly expanding boutique law firm in Vaughan, is seeking a driven and ambitious Law Clerk o join their accomplished team.

Your new role

In this role, you will oversee purchase and mortgage files from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing bank documents, as well as drafting and coordinating the essential documentation required for successful closings. You will conduct and analyze title and off-title searches, draft requisitions, and manage file organization and coordination for closings. Additionally, you will handle the registration of documents using platforms such as Teraview, Conveyancer, and Unity.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 4-years experience in all forms of real estate files namely purchases, sales mortgages and refinancing. Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Unity and MS Word and Outlook. Excellent oral and written skills.
