This role is designed for real estate professionals who have already experimented with recruiting, whether by growing a team, mentoring new agents, or supporting a brokerage's expansion, and want to take it to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and retain real estate agents to build strong sales teams.
- Mentor and coach agents, helping them increase productivity and confidence.
- Partner with the leadership team to execute local, national, and global expansion initiatives.
- Lead by example in sales, recruitment, and business development.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed real estate brokers in good standing with RECO, and with proven sales success.
- Prior recruiting experience (team building or brokerage recruitment is A MUST).
- Strong leadership skills with a drive to advance into management or executive-level roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
