Presently, we are seeking a
Recruitment Specialist
to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for an individual to work with a desire to join a fast-paced customer based industry with enormous growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to build relationships and develop social networks of highly skilled technical professionals
- Recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews) for full time opportunities locally and nationally
- Pre-screen employment applications and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
- Coordinate face to face interviews with short listed candidates with hiring managers
- Prepare and post job postings/advertisements
- Meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s).
Skills:
- Graduate in a Post Secondary College or University Program
- 1-2 years recruitment experience
- Experience with and an interest in social media tools and social media trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external candidates.
- Team player with excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of information effectively
- Experience with and an interest in social media tools and social media trends
