Job Description

Registered/Provisional Psychologist<br /><br />Established in 1988 ECSS Psychological Services Inc. is a values-driven organization, with a focus on excellence in our field. As one of the few remaining generalist practices left in the City, we offer our team the opportunity to develop professional competencies and training in their specific area of interest while promoting learning and development across a broad array of modalities and interventions. We are currently seeking a Registered or Provisional Psychologist to join our team.<br /><br />Requirements:<br /><br /> Registered Psychologist to conduct psychological assessments.<br /> Capable of conducting psychoeducational assessments<br /> Able to administer and interpret cognitive, academic, and behavioural testing<br /> Fully registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists<br /> Familiar with diagnosis of learning disabilities and related interventions<br /> At least 5 years of experience preferred<br /><br />Preferred:<br /><br /> Capable of conducting parenting capacity assessments and/or correctional psychological risk assessments (violence and sexual offending)<br /> Able to administer and interpret a variety of mental health and formal risk assessment measures.<br /> Familiarity with Child and Family Services policies an asset<br /> Familiarity with correctional policies and systems an asset.<br /><br />In addition to access to an established client base and a strong reputation in the industry the successful candidate will enjoy:<br /><br /> A flexible work schedule<br /> Opportunities to work from home<br /> Access to a company vehicle for business travel<br /> Benefits<br /> Bonus opportunities<br /> Professional development training/allowance<br /><br />Interested candidates please submit your Resume<br /><br />Posting will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.<br /><br />Job Type: Full-time<br /><br />Benefits:<br /> Casual dress<br /> Dental care<br /> Disability insurance<br /> Extended health care<br /> Flexible schedule<br /> Life insurance<br /> Paid time off<br /> Vision care<br><br>Education:<br /> Master's Degree (required)<br /><br />Work Location: In person
