We are currently hiring for a <b>full–time Relationship Manager </b>to lead our Client Experience team in <b>Calgary, Alberta</b>.</p><p> </p><p><b></b></p><p><b>Position Overview</b><b> </b></p><p>In this leadership role, you will guide a high-performing team of 10–12 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and strategic support to 60–70 advisor branches across Canada. Our Client Experience Team—comprised of Operations Associates, Compliance Associates, and Account Administrators—serves as the trusted resource for our Investment Advisor clients. These relationships are built on confidence in our expertise and our ability to provide timely, effective solutions. As the face of the firm to our advisors, you will play a pivotal role in deepening partnerships, driving strategic business development conversations, and serving as the trusted escalation point for complex service matters.
