AO Globe Life is seeking motivated and professional Remote Sales Associates to join our growing team across Canada. In this role, you will connect with clients to explain available insurance benefits, answer questions, and assist them in selecting coverage that aligns with their needs. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, clear communication, and providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, and email
  • Clearly present and explain insurance benefit options
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate client records and complete required documentation
  • Follow up with clients to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining information clearly
  • Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, spreadsheets)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is an asset
