Responsabilités principales :

- Accueillir le client et établir une relation de confiance;

- Être à l’écoute des besoins du client et poser les bonnes questions;

- Expliquer aux clients les particularités des différents modèles afin de bien le guider dans son choix;

- Relance client (prospection client);

- Faire les essais routiers avec les clients;

- Se tenir au courant des nouveautés et de leurs avantages en matière de produits, de caractéristiques, d'accessoires, etc.

- Accompagner le client tout au long des étapes menant à la livraison du véhicule;

- Suivre les procédures de l’entreprise;

- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Qualifications et compétences requises :

- Posséder au minimum 1 an d'expérience pertinente en vente automobile;

- Pouvoir communiquer en français et en anglais afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle bilingue;

- Avoir de l’entregent, posséder un excellent service à la clientèle et être passionné par la vente;

- Capacité à travailler sous pression;

- Professionnalisme, courtoisie et présentation soignée;

- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de négociation;

- Aptitude organisationnelle et attention aux détails;

- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe pour atteindre des objectifs communs.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet the client and establish a relationship of trust;

- Listen to the customer's needs and ask the right questions;

- Explain to customers the particularities of the different models in order to guide them in their choice;

- Client follow-up (client prospecting);

- Test drive with customers;

- Keep abreast of new products and their advantages in terms of products, features, accessories, etc.

- Accompany the customer throughout the steps leading to the delivery of the vehicle;

- Follow company procedures;

- All other related tasks.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 1 year's relevant experience in automotive sales;

- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;

- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;

- Organizational skills and attention to detail;

- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
