As a Risk Services Technical Trainer at Northbridge, you’ll play a key role in shaping the development of our Risk Consultants through impactful training programs, technical guidance, and quality assurance support. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver exceptional service. From onboarding new hires to refining audit tools and mentoring staff, your expertise will help drive continuous improvement and excellence in our risk services.

  • Facilitating engaging and effective training sessions

  • Translating complex technical concepts into accessible learning content

  • Communicating clearly and building strong relationships across teams

  • Analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for growth

  • Managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results

  • Coaching and mentoring others to help them succeed

  • Influencing decisions and gaining support on sensitive issues


You have:



  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years in Risk Services with deep knowledge of risk assessments

  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in a technical setting

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • CIP/FCIP designation (preferred)

  • Bilingualism in English and French (an asset)
