Discover more at www.dass.ca.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Westmore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Sales Coordinator</strong> to support the sales operations of its condominium developments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the sales process, ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. This position requires a proactive individual with strong administrative capabilities and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of condominium sales transactions</p></li><li><p>Liaise with clients, sales agents, legal teams, and external brokers to ensure timely and accurate documentation</p></li><li><p>Prepare, review, and process Agreements of Purchase and Sale and related documents</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update client records using CRM systems and internal databases</p></li><li><p>Schedule appointments, property tours, and follow-ups with prospective buyers</p></li><li><p>Monitor sales progress and generate regular performance reports for management</p></li><li><p>Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies</p></li><li><p>Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications / Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum of <strong>2-3  years</strong> of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role within the real estate or condominium sector</p></li><li><p>Must have interior design and sales experience.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with real estate documentation and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Valid class G driver’s license </p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Assets</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in pre-construction condominium sales</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of real estate law and contract administration</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bilingual proficiency is considered an asset</p></li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
