<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Directing the sales strategy for your territory, you will be responsible for the tactics and action plans to attract, engage, and win new business for the organisation. </p><strong><br /></strong><p>Your duties will include collaborating within your established network, establishing new leads and converting opportunities into revenue-generating accounts. You will work independently – leading by example to drive accuracy in forecasting and real achievements in identified target customer accounts. </p><strong><br /></strong><p>Your role is crucial to drive business profitability and key commercial growth strategies. </p><strong><br /></strong><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Strong experience working within the Telecom and Roaming organizations, and familiarity with key market trends driving target customer requirements. </p><p>• 10 years working within software sales or carrier sales/product environments. </p><p>• Demonstrable evidence of leading the commercial direction of a business, with a history of overachieving targets and proven success targeting and winning new business. </p><p>• Experience working in the <span >telecommunications/network</span> operator industry, in software sales, carrier sales or carrier product knowledge. </p><p>• Good understanding of Roaming wholesales process, Data and Financial Clearing. </p><p>• Familiarity with best practice forecasting and strategic sales planning processes. </p><p>• Very comfortable with using CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous). </p><p>• Fluent in English, and ideally French and/or Spanish. </p><strong><br /></strong><p><strong>Interpersonal skills:</strong></p><p>• Excellent communication skills; oral and written communications to technical, business and executive audiences. Including effective remote and in-person demonstration and presentation techniques. </p><p>• Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to collaborate and drive progress with individuals and teams across the business. </p><p>• Comfortable working with, learning about, and understanding complex business solutions. </p><strong><br /></strong><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Driving territory activities and ensuring strong customer engagement on all fronts. </p><p>• Identifying new sales opportunities by leveraging contacts, industry knowledge, and working closely with internal teams. </p><p>• Informing and reviewing territory/customer sales attack plans, and implementing appropriate sales and marketing strategies to achieve them. </p><p>• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, and regularly <span >reviewing/forecasting</span> performance. </p><p>• Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. </p><p>• Monitoring prices, competition, and supply and demand. </p><p>• Forging strong internal business partnerships to deliver customer expectations and solutions. </p><p>• Establishing consistent sales development to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions across customer brand(s). </p><p>• Conferring with sales leadership to review achievements and discuss required changes in product and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives. </p><p>• Developing and negotiating contracts with customers and their procurement teams. </p><p>• Working with partners in relation to lead and revenue generation. </p><strong><br /></strong><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field </p><strong><br /></strong><p><strong>Eligibility Requirements: </strong></p><p>• Candidate must be eligible to work in United States or Canada. </p><p>• Travel as a when required to meet business and customer commitments. </p><strong><br /></strong><p>Please ignore the salary stated as it is flexible and negotiable.</p><strong></strong></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
