Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and safety-minded Table Saw Operator to work in our insulation materials production department. The operator will be responsible for accurately cutting and sizing insulation boards, foam panels, and related materials to meet production and customer specifications.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate saw table and drill press machinery to cut, drill, and shape materials according to production drawings and specifications.
- Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cuts and hole placement.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of saws, drill presses, and related equipment.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required standards and tolerances.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with material handling, setup, and inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a saw table, drill press, or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
