Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
- source public bids
- Receive bid requests from salespeople internallly
- Source bid requests from caulking suppliers and manufacturers.
- Quantify and estimate projects.
- Work with subcontractors to determine average prices for use in cost estimation.
- Assign all bids to single salesperson for closing
- Procure prices from subcontractors after award
- Coordinate handover all materials to supervisor for full execution.
Compensation
- Salary Range:$50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Benefits:Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation
- Vacancy Status:New, full-time position
