<p>Required Skills & Experience</p><p>7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst</p><p>3+ years implementing Treasury platforms (ALM, Liquidity, Stress Testing, Forecasting)</p><p>5+ years in Agile delivery </p><p>5+ years with SQL (expert level), Spark SQL APIs & Postman</p><p>Databricks Data pipeline design & source-to-target mapping</p><p>Familiarity with QRM and Treasury systems</p><p>Expertise in analyzing/reconciling large datasets for business decisions</p><p>Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field</p><p><br></p><p>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</p><p>FRM, CFA, M.Fin, MBA</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p>Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Treasury systems and hands-on experience implementing QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business lines to analyze current state and gather, document requirements for ALM, liquidity management, FTP, and SIRR. Write detailed business and functional specifications for internal and external system interfaces. Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents. Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability. Implement and support QRM platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with Treasury objectives. Perform source-to-target mapping, work on data pipelines and flows, and conduct data analysis. Write and execute SQL and Spark SQL queries, leverage APIs, and use tools like Postman and Databricks for data retrieval and validation.</p>
