<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A </strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Bolton, ON<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> $80,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM<br /><strong>Work Environment:</strong> Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven <strong>Senior Financial Analyst</strong> with a strong background in <strong>Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)</strong> to join our growing finance team. This position is ideal for senior-level finance professionals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and drive impactful change.</p><p>As a key member of the finance team, you will lead forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and analysis activities to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership. You will also play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, improving operational performance, and contributing to overall business success.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes</li><li>Develop advanced financial models, including costing and scenario analysis, to assess product and business unit profitability</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations and insights that drive decision-making across business functions</li><li>Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting tools using <strong>Power BI</strong> and other analytics platforms</li><li>Compile, analyze, and present KPIs and financial metrics to senior leadership</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and other teams to identify cost efficiencies and optimize resource allocation</li><li>Support and improve the month-end financial review and reporting processes</li><li>Assist in system and process implementations, focusing on continuous improvement and automation</li><li>Create high-impact presentations for senior management and external stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of <strong>3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst</strong>, or <strong>2 years as a Senior Financial Analyst</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Commerce</strong><strong>, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics</strong> (or equivalent <span >education/experience)</span></li><li><strong>CPA designation (or in progress)</strong> or equivalent recognized accounting designation</li><li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to turn complex data into actionable insights</li><li>High proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>, <strong>PowerPoint</strong>, and <strong>Power BI</strong> (or other visualization tools like Tableau)</li><li>Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a <strong>manufacturing</strong>, <strong>corporate</strong>, or <strong>supply chain logistics</strong> environment</li><li>Experience leading or supporting system/process implementations and improvements</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and financial databases</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary in the range of $80,000 – $120,000</li><li>Flexible hybrid work model (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team environment</li><li>Exposure to key decision-making and strategic financial planning</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Apply?</strong><br />If you&#39;re a financial professional who thrives on analysis, problem-solving, and driving results in a manufacturing-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
