You will provide support and counsel to the client on initiatives including; employee engagement, employee relations, benefits, compensation, learning and development, and recruiting. They are accepting applicants in the United States and Canada.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Increasing worldwide engagement and nurturing a people first culture</li><li>Audit and adapt policies and processes to promote an inclusive and equitable employee experience (DEI lens a must!)</li><li>Own decision making processes for your areas of expertise; lead with your knowledge and people skills</li><li>Establish and maintain People data and analytics to drive decision making</li><li>Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in developing incredible onboarding process for new hires</li><li>Manage and administer benefits plans and programs.
