The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of civil construction methods. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.<br>
<br><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure projects.<br></li><li>Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client requirements.<br></li><li>Manage and oversee project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.<br></li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.<br></li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.<br></li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.<br></li><li>Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.<br><br></li></ul><p><b>What Brings You to the Table:</b><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.<br></li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a lead project management roles.<br></li><li>Proven track record of managing complex civil infrastructure projects from start to finish.<br></li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.<br></li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.<br></li><li>Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br></li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br></li></ul>
