Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. If you’re passionate about landscaping and ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><br /></p><p>About the Role</p><p>The team has decades of combined experience delivering a wide range of projects, from high-rise and rooftop landscapes to parks, retirement residences, hotels, and condominiums. We take pride in their work and are known for their professionalism, quality, and collaborative approach.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ol><li>Interpret and implement landscape design and grading plans.</li><li>Lead and supervise crews on projects such as hardscapes, sod installation, excavation, and grading.</li><li>Collaborate with the office team to provide daily progress updates.</li><li>Manage project budgets and costs in line with client contracts.</li><li>Prepare and organize job sites before project kickoff.</li><li>Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.</li><li>Apply expertise in hardscape materials and installation techniques (concrete, engineered stone, natural stone).</li><li>Operate landscape machinery safely; valid driver’s license required.</li><li>Provide feedback, training, and guidance to crew members.</li></ol><p>What We Offer</p><ol><li>Competitive hourly wages ($30–$40/hr, based on experience).</li><li>Opportunity for salaried positions for qualified candidates.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, and Prescription).</li><li>Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative company culture.</li><li>Clean, safe, and professional working environment.</li></ol><p>Job Details</p><ol><li>Full time, permanent</li><li>Benefits: Health & dental coverage, life insurance, retirement savings contributions</li><li>Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday</li><li>Location: Ottawa, ON (reliable commute or relocation required)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Foreman (required)</li><li>License: Valid driver’s license (required)</li></ol><p><em>Fuze HR Solutions is committed to building a diverse, accessible, and equitable workforce.
