<b>Senior UX/UI Product Designer – Mobile </b><b><br></b><br>
Lead mobile-first UX design initiatives in the insurance sector with a high-impact hybrid role based in Canada. <b>Responsibilities: <br></b>
<br>
<br>• Design intuitive and responsive mobile applications, including native iOS and Android interfaces.<br>
<br>• Lead user research and exploration to inform product roadmaps and optimize mobile-first user experiences.<br>
<br>• Apply and evolve a common mobile design system to maintain consistency across products and platforms.<br>
<br>• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to integrate design strategies into business goals.<br>
<br>• Deliver detailed design artifacts such as wireframes, journey maps, and interaction flows, with a focus on mobile usability.<br>
<br>• Conduct user testing and synthesize findings to refine digital experiences.<br>
<br>• Stay current with mobile UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.<br>
<br>• 6 years of professional product design experience in cross-functional teams.<br>
<br>• Demonstrated expertise in mobile design for iOS and Android platforms.<br>
<br>• Deep understanding of end-to-end product design processes including user flows, prototyping, and validation.<br>
<br>• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.<br>
<br>• Strong knowledge of UX principles, mobile usability standards, and platform-specific guidelines.<br>
<br>• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to present ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.<br>
<br>• Portfolio required, showcasing design process, outcomes, and craftsmanship.<br>
