<p>Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing attentive service, taking orders, and ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Previous restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings, is highly valued.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems</li><li>Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service</li><li>Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift</li><li>Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns professionally</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations</li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue</li><li>Proven time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy</li><li>Previous experience in fine dining, hospitality, or food industry roles such as serving, bussing, or host/host positions is advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, or kitchen experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to work nights and weekends as required in a nightclub or restaurant setting</li></ul><p>Join our team where your hospitality skills will be valued, and your dedication will contribute to memorable dining experiences for our guests.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From $16.75 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
