Job Title: Shop Manager No of Vacancies: 1 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Day, Weekend Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible Work Address: 11550 Ladner Trunk Rd, Delta, BC V4K 3N3 Wage rate: $36.70 per hour, for 40.00 hours a week Education: High School required Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience Languages: English Job Duties: Prepare work schedules of staff, daily paperwork and banking deposits, hire and train staff and monitor staff performance. Manage inventory of sales, stocks and wastage. Assist with planning of special events and promotions. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and budgets. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customers' complaints or concerns Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning.
