You’ll manage resources, equipment, staff, and safety to achieve production targets, maintain quality, and deliver on schedule and budget.</p><p></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li> Lead and manage crushing operations including mobile crushers, screeners, conveyors, bulk material handling, etc. </li><li> Plan and schedule crushing & earthworks projects: develop timelines, construction milestones, resource allocation and monitor progress. </li><li> Oversee the procurement of materials, parts, and supplies; ensure equipment is well-maintained and downtime minimized. </li><li> Supervise, coach, and develop staff: operators, mechanics, foremen, QC personnel. </li><li> Implement and enforce safety protocols, environmental and regulatory compliance. </li><li> Maintain quality control: ensure material produced meets specifications for size, gradation, and consistency. </li><li> Monitor costs: labor, maintenance, fuel, and other operating expenses; manage budgets and forecast. </li><li> Prepare and deliver reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on production, safety, costs, and project status. </li><li> Interact with stakeholders: subcontractors, clients, vendors, regulatory authorities. </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We appreciate all applicants' interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
