Responsibilities

  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our customers
  • Assist with renovation projects installing Aquawall systems including waterproofing panels, insulation boards and drainage components
  • Support special projects such as water restoration and mould remediation
  • Advise and assist Maintenance Associates with repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain daily communication with the Leader and team members
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory management
  • Complete required administration for the position on a tablet
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader
  • Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Work as a team with other staff members to achieve goals

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Construction / carpentry background preferred with solid experience in waterproofing
  • Experience with drywall, concrete forming, and minor plumbing or electrical work is an asset

Technical Requirements

  • Working knowledge of English (verbal and written)
  • Driver’s license required with ability to drive truck with trailer
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
