What you will be doing
A .NET Software Developer specializing in APIs, integrations, and custom applications will use .NET, Visual Studio, and Microsoft’s technology stack to build robust, scalable solutions. The role requires proficiency in designing and developing APIs, crafting integrations, and creating custom applications tailored to specific business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications, APIs, and integrations using the .NET framework.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and define project scopes.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in C# and other relevant languages.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Integrate third‑party APIs and services to enhance functionality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Adhere to version control best practices using Visual Studio and Git.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is based at our Burlington, ON head office and requires regular in‑office presence. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Burlington location for collaboration, meetings, and team activities. Applicants should reside in the Burlington region or within reasonable commuting distance.
