Solution Architect - Contract (24 Months)
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Onsite with some remote flexibility)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM CST
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead data and application migration initiatives for a large enterprise transformation. This role involves defining migration strategies, guiding ETL design, supporting master data management, and ensuring data quality across complex legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data & application migration from legacy systems (including SAP).
- Architect and implement data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading frameworks.
- Define data migration strategy, data quality plans, and data governance processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and system integrators.
- Lead data assessments, mapping, verification, and migration testing.
- Develop and enforce Master Data Management (MDM) standards and processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in large-scale data migration projects.
- 5+ years as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, ETL tools, data integration & data quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior executives.
- Experience leading data teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background in MDM strategy, governance, and implementation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration.
