Overview

Bétonel/Dulux is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will lead your store to deliver outstanding customer service and manage all aspects of store operations.

Schedule

This position is for the day shift with typical store hours Monday – Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday closed.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the Bétonel/Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintaining Bétonel/Dulux\'s high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team by mentoring team members.
• Ensuring the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment.
• Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
