Job Description
The Registered Pharmacy Technician Subject Matter Expert (SME) using their experience and expertise as a front line technician will support the Medication Management Transformation project by providing expertise in non-automation processes that impact daily pharmacy operations.
- Develop orientation and onboarding materials
- Assess and update Pharmacy Technician workflows and guidelines
- Support missing medication resolution
- DigiSense recalibration
- Fluidose software upgrades
- Drug dictionary deactivation process
