We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled System Implementor to lead the deployment and lifecycle management of Procore and other vendor-supported IT applications for project management, project controls, and construction management.
System Implementation:
- Deploy out-of-the-box, vendor-supported applications (e.g., Procore) to support project management and construction workflows.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal IT, and project teams to ensure smooth configuration and rollout.
- Ensure alignment with detailed functional and technical requirements
Enhancement & Support:
- Implement minor system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation and training materials for end-users.
System Decommissioning & Data Archiving:
- Plan and execute the decommissioning of applications post-project.
- Archive relevant project data to a hosted data in accordance with company policies and data governance standards.
- Proven experience implementing Procore or similar construction/project management platforms.
- Strong understanding of project controls, construction workflows, and IT systems integration.
- Experience with data archiving and cloud-based storage solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
