Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing or technical documentation, preferably in IT, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.

• 3–5 years of professional experience demonstrating exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced formatting, templates, and basic data manipulation.

• 3–5 years of experience working with Windows operating systems and common enterprise technologies.

• 2–4 years of experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and site maintenance.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Automation or similar workflow automation tools.

• 2–4 years of experience writing, reading, and maintaining PowerShell and command-line scripts.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• 1–2 years of exposure to additional programming or scripting languages (e.g., C#, Python).

• Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments.

• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with version control systems and documentation tools such as Git, Confluence, or similar platforms.
