The Territory Business Manager will have the responsibility of building a team for a new service and sales branch, manage assigned territories, cultivate client relationships, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales goals. This role also involves collaborating with marketing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.<br><br> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Proven sales and business development skills, including account management and client relationship management</li><li>Knowledge of the forestry equipment industry, heavy machinery, or industrial products</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools</li><li>Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred</li></ul>
