<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>

<li>Develop new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.</li>
<li>Strengthen customer partnerships by delivering exceptional support, solutions, and follow-through.</li>
<li>Promote the full range of residential and commercial HVAC/R products, parts, and services.</li>
<li>Execute sales programs and initiatives that drive market share and brand loyalty.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a strong internal team to deliver an unmatched customer experience from start to finish.</li>
<li>Negotiate win‑win solutions that build lasting value for clients and the company.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<p>You’re not just selling – you’re a trusted advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment. You understand the HVAC/R world and know how to connect value, performance, and people.</p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of HVAC/R sales experience (wholesale distribution or dealer-facing preferred)</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years selling experience</li>
<li>A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Strong product and technical knowledge with a mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Strategic thinking — able to plan, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>
</ul>
<p>Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience required.</p>
